01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

02 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the pkrsalot platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a Player's use of the platform:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. pkrsalot enforces a strict 21-and-above policy across all products and services on the platform. Age verification is required as part of the registration process and may be requested again at any time at pkrsalot's discretion.
• You must be registering as an individual natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate registrations are not accepted on pkrsalot.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are uncertain about your local legal position regarding online gaming, you are responsible for obtaining independent legal advice before registering.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited or where accessing pkrsalot would constitute a violation of applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any person employed by or contracted to pkrsalot or any of its gaming content providers.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with pkrsalot or any other gambling operator under an industry-wide exclusion programme.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact number and email address. pkrsalot is entitled to rely on the information you provide and is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate registration data.

03 Account Rules

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on pkrsalot. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrsalot login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, games played, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pkrsalot support immediately via live chat or email. pkrsalot cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
• pkrsalot accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings within it to any other person.
• pkrsalot may request updated identity documentation at any time as part of ongoing KYC compliance. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

pkrsalot processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. pkrsalot does not charge transaction fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Deposits: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pkrsalot Wallet within seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK may take up to two hours during standard banking hours. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: pkrsalot targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your pkrsalot Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• pkrsalot reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. Such checks may take up to 48 hours to complete.
• Withdrawals of winnings from free spins or no-deposit bonuses may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pkrsalot offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket and PSL seasons. All bonuses are governed by these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Each bonus offer is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not wagered within the applicable period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution percentages are specified in individual promotion terms.
• pkrsalot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to Player accounts where wagering has already commenced.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting promotions through low-risk hedging strategies, or coordinating with other Players to abuse promotional terms — is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
• pkrsalot may require Players to opt in to specific promotions. Bonuses that are not claimed within the opt-in period specified in the promotion's terms will expire automatically.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the pkrsalot platform. Product-specific rules for cricket betting, live casino, slots, and other verticals are published separately within the relevant sections of the platform.

• All bets placed on pkrsalot are final once confirmed. pkrsalot does not accept requests to void, reverse, or modify a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed by the system, except in cases of manifest technical error.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or bet settlement, pkrsalot will investigate and apply the outcome most consistent with available game data. Where no outcome can be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Wallet.
• pkrsalot publishes cricket and sports odds based on available market information. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled wager.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on pkrsalot. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may differ across game types and live events.
• Live casino games and slots operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology and/or live dealer feeds from licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. pkrsalot does not alter the outcomes of any third-party game.
• pkrsalot reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome that it has reasonable grounds to believe was placed in circumstances involving cheating, collusion, technical exploitation, or match-fixing, including PSL or international cricket matches.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkrsalot platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on pkrsalot, including through the use of different personal details, payment methods, or device configurations.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at registration or during any subsequent KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, play games, or interact with the pkrsalot platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including coordinating bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform vulnerabilities, or mathematical loopholes in games or promotions. Any Player who discovers a bug or vulnerability is required to report it to pkrsalot support immediately rather than exploit it.
• Using the pkrsalot platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction made to a pkrsalot Account via a payment provider.
• Accessing the pkrsalot platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited under local law, using VPN or IP masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.

08 Responsible Gaming

pkrsalot is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform makes the following tools available to all registered Players at no cost, accessible directly from the Account dashboard after pkrsalot login:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum PKR deposit cap. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen alerts at intervals of your choosing to notify you of elapsed playing time during any session on pkrsalot.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary account suspension of any duration — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or any custom period. The suspension takes effect immediately upon request.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling permanently may apply for self-exclusion through the pkrsalot support team. Once applied, permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. This is a deliberate design choice.
• Reality Checks: Optional pop-up notifications that display your net session profit or loss at intervals you select, to help maintain an accurate picture of your gambling activity.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkrsalot platform — including but not limited to the pkrsalot brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, written content, game graphics, promotional materials, and software — is the property of pkrsalot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkrsalot platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any pkrsalot content without prior written authorisation.

Third-party game content available on pkrsalot — including games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Playtech, NetEnt, and Microgaming — remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to that provider's own licensing terms alongside these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrsalot's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's Account, or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in that Player's Wallet at the time the claim arises.

pkrsalot is not liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, business, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to access the pkrsalot platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, third-party provider outages, or factors outside pkrsalot's reasonable control.
• Any damage to a Player's device, software, or data resulting from accessing the pkrsalot platform or downloading any associated content.
• The conduct, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided by third-party game providers integrated into the pkrsalot platform.
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials or their failure to notify pkrsalot of suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

pkrsalot collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them. By registering on pkrsalot, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices at pkrsalot include:

• Personal data is collected at registration and during KYC verification for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Transaction data including deposit and withdrawal records are retained for the period required by pkrsalot's licensing obligations and applicable financial record-keeping requirements.
• pkrsalot uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between the Player's device and the platform. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never accessible to pkrsalot staff in plaintext.
• pkrsalot does not sell, rent, or trade Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies as required by law.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting pkrsalot support. Certain data may be retained beyond a deletion request where retention is required by law or for legitimate fraud prevention purposes.

12 Account Termination

Either a Player or pkrsalot may terminate a Player's Account at any time, subject to the conditions below.

Termination by the Player: You may request closure of your pkrsalot Account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance in your Wallet will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by pkrsalot: pkrsalot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including any prohibited activity set out in Section 07.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request from pkrsalot.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime connected to the Account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player or their payment provider in respect of any deposit made to the Account.
• Any court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring the suspension or closure of the Account.

Where pkrsalot terminates an Account for a reason other than Player breach, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of any necessary investigation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pkrsalot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkrsalot will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the contact details held on their Account — typically by email or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the pkrsalot platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact pkrsalot support to arrange account closure and return of any eligible balance.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without individual notification to Players. The current version of these Terms is always the version published on this page and supersedes all previous versions.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrsalot holds its international gaming licence. pkrsalot encourages Players to contact the support team in the first instance for any dispute arising from their use of the platform. The majority of Account and payment disputes are resolved within 48 hours through direct communication with the support team.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support escalation, pkrsalot operates a formal complaints procedure. Players may submit a formal written complaint to the pkrsalot compliance team via the email address listed in Section 15. pkrsalot will acknowledge formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
